Deli meat processing and retail-ready packing

Deli meat processing is the core of the Slice House. Whole hams, prosciutto, mortadella, salami and continental smallgoods are sliced to specification and packed into shelf-ready trays and packs with full traceability. For supermarkets and grocers, retail-ready deli meats remove the labour and shrink of in-store slicing while keeping a premium deli presence on shelf. For foodservice, we supply portion-controlled sliced meats that speed up kitchen prep.

Cheese slicing and packing runs alongside our meat processing under our dairy licence. Hard and semi-hard cheeses can be portioned into retail wedges and slices, while fresh Italian cheese from our distribution ranges is handled chilled from our warehouse to your store.

Accreditation and food safety

The Slice House operates under SQF certification with HACCP-based food safety programs, in a purpose-built high care environment. Deliver holds meat and dairy licences, and our refrigerated fleet is accredited for the safe transport of chilled and frozen food. Retail groups and food brands can rely on documented processes for every batch we pack.

Contract processing for food brands and retailers

Beyond our own ranges, we offer contract food processing in Sydney for food brands, smallgoods makers and retail groups that need slicing and packing capacity without building a facility. Combined with our distribution network, this lets a brand move from bulk product to retail-ready packs on supermarket shelves through a single partner. Retailers can use the same capability for private label deli meats under their own store brand.
