Restaurants and pizzerias rely on us for fresh mozzarella, fior di latte, ricotta and burrata from Paesanella, Parmigiano Reggiano and Grana Padano from Zanetti, bronze-cut pasta from Filotea and Italian tomatoes and passata from Attianese and Rosso Gargano. Cafes order sliced deli meats for sandwiches and boards, Greek yoghurt, focaccia, dips and craft sodas. Every line is stocked at our Mount Druitt warehouse and delivered on our refrigerated fleet.
Because we also run a high care slice house, foodservice deli meats can be supplied pre-sliced and portion-controlled, saving prep time and reducing waste in busy kitchens.
