Labbate Terre D’Otranto DOP

EVOO cold extracted from fruit obtained from the olive variety Ogliarola leccese and Cellina di Nardò, processed within hours from picking. The oil is golden in colour with exellent fluidity with rich floral-herbaceous perfumes and sweet notes of almond, artichoke, tomato and soft fruits. Good intensity with slight bitterness and spiciness but well balanced.
