Levoni Italian Prosciutto
Levoni was founded in 1911 by Ezechiello Levoni in the outskirts of Milan and since then has become a globally recognised quality prosciutto producer.
All Levoni Prosciutto di Parma is aged for 24 months and produced according to the DOP Parma Prosciutto Consortium standards. Each ham leg is sourced from Northern Italian pigs and carefully selected by Levoni’s highly experienced personnel and only the best hams are then cured and aged.
Levoni Prosciutto is seasoned simply with only salt and then aged to perfection to create a mild and delicate flavour that is unmatched by any other.
