Washed Rind – Coal River Farm The Washed Rind from Coal River Farm is a complex, earthy cheese. One of Coal River Farm’s most popular cheeses and Gold medal winner at the 2016 NSW Dairy Industry Awards.
Coal River Blue A blue cheese made for those looking for a milder blue. Made with Cows milk, Penicillium and Roqueforti to create a unique subtle blue flavour. The rind is a thing of beauty while the slightly sweet, tangy cheese has just the right amount of salt.
