Fromage Raclette

Fromage Raclette A semi-hard cheese made using unpasteurised cows milk, Fromage Raclette has a distinctive, pleasant aroma and a creamy texture much like a Gruyere. The cheese has a thin, brownish rind and a light yellow pate with a small number of scattered holes.  


Taleggio Named after the caves of Val Taleggio, the Taleggio cheese is a soft cheese with a strong aroma but a relatively mild taste with delicate fruity notes. Taleggio melts well and is perfect with salads and a wine both red and white.
