Mascarpone, a Versatile, Rich, Creamy Cheese
Our Mascarpone is a buttery-rich double-cream cheese made from cow’s milk. The cheese itself is an ivory colour and has a soft and delicate consistency. Its texture ranges from that of a light clotted cream to room temperature butter.
The cheese is versatile enough to be blended with many other flavours and is excellent when sweetened with fruit. Commonly used as a dessert and a key ingredient for Tiramisu, this delicately but distinctively flavoured cheese needs little preparation or additions to be enjoyed to the fullest.
