A unique take on a traditional kimchi recipe, this Black Miso and Garlic kimchi uses hand-cut Chinese cabbage and red lavar seaweed with Green Street Kitchen’s own black bean miso as well as Korean chili powder and fresh garlic. Slightly spicy with a well-rounded flavour and intense aroma.
